Wedding planners are not just for wealthy people

Perhaps the only time you have heard of wedding planners has been in connection with celebrities. It is true that their lavish weddings abd busy lifestyles make a planner essential. However, wedding planners are used by people with far more restricted budgets. We will help you develop your budget and then negotiate with suppliers on your behalf to help you stay within that budget. We believe that no two events are the same, so do not offer package prices. However, as a guide, our full service for a wedding would typically cost in the region of £2,500.

Detailed billing

At Celebration Arrangers, we do not believe your big event should be treated like a package holiday. For that reason we do not offer all inclusive prices. You can use as little or as much of our time as you want and will receive a detailed breakdown of our bill.

Flexible service levels

Some people choose to consult us for advice and then perform the actual planning themselves, or wish us to plan a single aspect of their event. We are happy to accommodate such requests and in these circumstances will offer our services on an hourly basis.

Cost savings

When you plan your own wedding, there is a limit to the amount of legwork you can do, choosing suppliers and negotiating prices. It is easy therefore, to end up spending more money than necessary.

A large part of our planning process is finding and recommending suppliers who will provide the best value for money, i.e. a quality product at a price you can afford. Choosing a supplier based solely on price is a mistake that can easily lead to major disappointments. We work hard to ensure all the suppliers we recommend provide the quality of product or service you deserve at a price you can afford. Any supplier discounts we negotiate are passed straight on to you!
