The Planning Process

Celebration Arrangers - Weddings planned

When you book the services of Celebration Arrangers, the first stage is to meet and discuss the type of event, your requirements and expectations, the level of involvement you want us to provide and your budget. From this information we will provide you with a proposal incorporating the following:

  • Our understanding of your requirements
  • Recommended suppliers and estimated costs based upon those suppliers
  • Details of the service we will be providing
  • Initial estimate of our fees
  • Copy of our terms and conditions

Following this, further meeting(s) and/or communications may be required to fine tune your requirements. Once you are satisfied that everything has been covered we will provide a contract for your signature.

Once the contract is signed we will begin the planning for your event. We will provide you with a 'T-Minus' plan, showing all the points at which action is required. As these action points become due we will work with you to ensure the correct action is taken and nothing missed. We will also alert you when supplier payments become due and provide regular progress reports.
