Even if you have entrusted the entire planning process to Celebration Arrangers, we never forget whose wedding it is. We are happy to offer ideas and advice but yours is always the final decision. Of course, if what you want can not be done, perhaps because of budget constraints, we will let you know and help you decide upon an alternative.
